Internationally recognized paint brand Pantone is widely known for their house paints and their famous “Color of the Year”. Over the years Pantone has created its own language with color that allows designers and creators around the world to communicate through their art. Not only does Pantone establish colors, but they are also a global leader in color trend forecasting. Their annual “Pantone Color of the Year” affects not only the interior design industry, but the fashion industry, art exhibitions, and social media trends.

Pantone’s colorful world and branding have inspired artists around the world to create unique works. One of the most unique Pantone-inspired ventures is The Pantone Cafe pop-up in Monaco and a Hong Kong-based Instagram account that shares the work of the cafe.

The pop-up featured food and beverages inspired by Pantone colors; Vibrant Orange #16-1364 juice was an especially popular example. Their menu was full of vibrant lattes and sodas, all named after their corresponding Pantone shade. The Instagram account has preserved the pop-ups legacy by sharing gram-worthy beverages based on different Pantone colors.

If you missed the pop-up, we definitely recommend checking out @pantone.cafe on Instagram.
