Converse x Kim Jones

American shoe company Converse, recruited Kim Jones, the award-winning British designer whose hype around him led him to previously fill the role of men’s designer at “Louis Vuitton’, and to currently be the men’s designer at Dior. He is doing this role in parallel with his role as Karl Lagerfeld’s deputy at the Fendi fashion house.

Jones comes from the worlds of streetwear and sports, which he has managed to bring to luxury brands in recent years and combine street style with items he designs.

In a joint collection with Converse, Jones takes the UTILITY-inspired aesthetic, inspired by the military uniforms, camping, and mountaineering – a style that dominates London street fashion – and gives it its own interpretations inspired by the late 1990s. This is reflected in a redesign of the beloved Chuck 70 sneakers that have already become iconic, offered in black or beige. The sneakers are sold next to two waterproof windbreakers made of nylon, to add an extra flair of style.

The items will be sold in a limited edition on the FACTORY54 website and in the men’s store at the TLV Mall.

Sneaker size range: 36-44 | Sneaker prices: NIS 649 | Coat prices: 999 NIS
