BALMAIN lands at Factory 54

The women’s collection of the French fashion house BALMAIN lands for the first time in the Factory 54 chain. The iconic designs and new items for FW 2021, designed by the esteemed artistic director Olivier Rousteing, (who was appointed to the position in 2011 when he was only 25 years old) will be sold in stores and on the website.

Balmain’s stunning combinations of evening gowns and elements from the military worlds and workwear made it a favorite amongst the stars, including Brigitte Bardot, Marlene Dietrich, Audrey Hepburn, and Sophia Loren who wore his designs for many years. And while instilling an up-to-date style featuring kicking sex appeal, rock’n’roll, meticulous tailoring, and an androgynous approach, Balmain brought in new enthusiastic clients like Beyonce, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, and Jennifer Lopez.

Season after season, the BALMAIN runway emphasizes both the excitement and overall variety of the brand’s modern universe and the importance of 21st-century culture and in particular contemporary music. Rousteing emphasizes the beauty of the diverse world, open to all global influences and different cultures without apologizing for his love for his hometown of Paris, for its great beauty and unique style. He does so while relying on the rich archives of the fashion house, for the purpose of inspiration and full utilization of the atelier’s impressive mastery of traditional and intricate couture techniques.

BALMAIN will be sold in Factory 54 stores across Israel.
