George Redhawk

One would never know that the man behind the hypnotizing gifs is blind. But after the talented doctor lost his vision while teaching medicine, George Redhawk needed a way to express his “World Through [his] Eyes”.  Despite a mind filled with vivid color and life, Redhawk was unable to let it all out. He felt closed in his head, becoming frustrated with his vision distortion and found computer technology as an outlet. His series “The World Through My Eyes” illustrates the imagery he is conspicuously faced with from the outside world by morphing it into motion effects through his own vision of what it is.
