Fashion in immediate delivery: Wolt launches a unique collaboration with Factory 54. The app will launch brand stores of the hottest brands in the world, including UGG, CALVIN KLEIN, TOMMY HILFIGER, LEVI’S, ASICS, PETIT BATEAU, BIRKENSTOCK, DR. MARTINS and more
Wolt and the Factory 54 group announce a first-of-its-kind collaboration, in which stores of 8 desirable international brands will be opened in the app. With a selection of iconic items, options for a variety of gifts and the purchase of a gift card, the partnership enables quick delivery orders and product returns in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Rishon Lezion, Bat Yam, and Holon.
Each store will display the best-sellers of the brand. The items can be ordered with fast delivery of about half an hour, and for the first time – it will be possible to return items via the Wolt courier immediately.
This is a significant step in Wolt’s entry into the field of fashion. As part of the move, and with a significant emphasis on an excellent customer experience in the fashion sector as well, Wolt is introducing a product return feature via courier immediately.
The technological development will allow customers who ordered from Factory 54 group stores to return the items via a courier who will arrive within a few minutes, at which point the service will be offered free of charge. Customers can decide whether to return a specific product or the entire shipment, order a courier quickly, and deliver the product to them in a few minutes. Wolt will allow customers one return per purchase, up to 14 days from placing the order.
