The influential Parisian fashion house brings its sculptural silhouettes, cult accessories and unmistakable vision of modern femininity to Factory 54’s Ramat Aviv flagship.
Since its founding in Paris in 1964, Alaïa has held a singular position in the fashion world. Blending the disciplines of sculpture, architecture and art with the precision of haute couture, the house has developed an aesthetic that is instantly recognisable, yet never bound by passing trends. Now, for the first time, Alaïa is joining the designer portfolio at Factory 54, with an extensive selection launching at the retailer’s flagship store in Ramat Aviv Mall.
Founded by the legendary Azzedine Alaïa, one of the most celebrated designers in modern fashion history, the house was built upon an uncompromising understanding of the female form. Rather than following seasonal trends, Alaïa created timeless garments shaped through precise cutting, innovative knitting techniques, exceptional craftsmanship and the finest materials. His designs celebrated the body without overwhelming it, transforming dresses, tailoring and accessories into objects of enduring beauty and, over time, highly coveted collector’s pieces.
In recent years, Alaïa has experienced a remarkable resurgence, becoming one of the most desirable names in contemporary luxury. Under the creative direction of Pieter Mulier, the house has preserved the codes established by its founder while introducing a fresh and distinctly modern perspective. The result is a vision that feels both faithful and forward-looking, continuing to command attention on the runway, across red carpets and on the wish lists of fashion enthusiasts around the world.
The Autumn-Winter 2026 collection returns to the purest foundations of the house, the body, the cut and the pursuit of precision. Presented as Mulier’s farewell collection for Alaïa, it rejects unnecessary spectacle in favour of an intense focus on the clothes themselves. Jersey dresses follow the contours of the body like a second skin, while sculptural coats, rigorous tailoring, rich velvet and polished leather create a compelling dialogue between softness and structure.
Silhouettes move between narrow, sharply defined lines and more fluid volumes, with folds, draping and cascading ruffles introducing a sense of movement. Together, they offer a contemporary interpretation of the sensuality associated with Alaïa, feminine and powerful, yet never forced. It is a collection that serves as a reminder that true luxury does not depend on excessive decoration. It is revealed through an impeccable cut, the relationship between fabric and body, and the way a garment moves with the woman wearing it.
The house’s Summer Fall 2026 Archetypes campaign, starring Hailey Bieber, further explores this refined visual language. Photographed by Tyrone Lebon under the creative direction of Pieter Mulier, the campaign places the focus on form, identity and the enduring power of Alaïa’s design codes.
The first Alaïa collection to launch at Factory 54 brings together some of the house’s most recognisable pieces. The selection includes handbags that have become modern icons, signature ballet flats and mesh shoes, boots, and a broad ready-to-wear offering of dresses, tops and statement garments. Each piece reflects the distinctive combination of femininity, sculpture and architecture that continues to define the house.
Alaïa’s runway collection is expected to arrive at Factory 54 in September, further expanding the local offering and giving Israeli clients access to a wider expression of the brand’s creative universe.
The arrival of Alaïa at Factory 54 marks an important milestone in the retailer’s partnership with one of France’s most influential fashion houses and reinforces its position as a leading destination for international luxury fashion in Israel.
The Alaïa collection is available at the Factory 54 flagship store in Ramat Aviv Mall and online at Factory54.co.il. Prices range from ₪4,890 to ₪9,990 for handbags, from ₪2,890 to ₪4,990 for shoes, and from ₪2,990 to ₪11,500 for ready-to-wear.
